HR Manager / Lead - People Operations (Ground Zero)
We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial HR Manager / Lead - People Operations (Ground Zero) to build our human resources department from scratch in our Dehradun office. As our first HR hire, you will take us from informal management to a fully compliant, tech-driven, and scalable workforce architecture.
Establish baseline Indian labor compliance from scratch, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), LWF, and Gratuity setup.
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to source high-demand technical and operational talent across startup hubs.
Implement an India-centric HRIS/Payroll system (e.g., RazorpayX, Keka, greytHR) to automate monthly payroll and TDS.
Design engagement strategies to maintain high motivation and align team culture with mission-critical goals.
3–5 years core HR experience (1+ yrs early-stage Indian startup). Deep understanding of Indian Employment Laws & Payroll.
Technical Team Lead / Engineering Manager
- Lead technical architecture, system design, and domain-driven design (DDD).
- Conduct daily standups, code reviews, and sprint planning.
- Ensure cross-functional technical alignment across backend, web, mobile, and GIS.
- Manage release governance and technical risk mitigation.
- 8+ years in full-stack/backend engineering with 2+ years in team lead roles.

- Design low-latency bi-directional messaging pipeline via SignalR & WebSockets.
- Configure message queues for async event processing & task distribution.
- Integrate SMS, voice alerts, and email communication gateways with high concurrency.
